Hints and tips showing how to pass level 8031 Candy Crush Saga without boosters by Cookie

I will post videos for every level and write tips where I think they are needed but otherwise please feel free to give your tips in the comments.
Tips: A new feature is introduced on level 8031, the Sour Skulls. There can be cleared by making matches beside the one with the skull only. There is no point making matches beside the ones without the skull as it will have no effect. Once you have made a match beside the skull it will move to another "pedestal" where you have to match it again until it is cleared.

Why is my board so different from this? It's not even like the same level! Mine has no skulls and it's a gelly level, extremly hard to complete!
Does anyone else has the same issue?
