Hints and tips showing how to pass level 8381 Candy Crush Saga without boosters by Cookie
Tips and walkthrough video for this level. Even experts sometimes need help!
I will post videos for every level and write tips where I think they are needed but otherwise please feel free to give your tips in the comments.
Tips: Level 8381 is a dual task level, you have to clear the blockers and the jelly to complete the level. You can treat this as a normal jelly level since the blockers have to be cleared to get to all the jelly.
First work your way down the middle of the board using any special candies and combos you can. This will clear the chocolate and open up the board so that it is easier to make the combos you need. You can make matches in each side under the sugar coats if you see a move to clear some of the sugar coats.
The keys dropping onto the board unlock coconut wheels at the bottom of the board, don't waste a move switching the colourbombs together unless it is the best move you have, it is better to hit them with a stripe/wrap combo and let then roll whichever way they want.

This advice applies anytime you're stuck. If you play on multiple devices (phone, tablet, laptop, desktop), when you get stuck, switch. The apps for different devices are different and that can be to your advantage. That said, Cookie is a bit misleading here. Do NOT start by working your way down the middle of the board. The keys drop from the side columns. Immediately start working on the outside rows to get the keys. In the course of doing this, you will have to make moves in the middle. But don't concentrate there. Concentrate on the keys. The keys release the coconut wheels. As soon as the coconut wheels are released, cross 2 of them to get them started. Let the coconut wheels do most of the work. You can't really control how they turn. But eventually, they will uncover enough of the board that you can finish with the available moves. Good luck!

Too much to do with too few moves. I’m using up all my lives. I can’t play on multiple devices because the levels aren’t synced. My game crashed a while ago and that was one of the results. Help. PFL
The more times I play, the worst I’m playing. Not even opening the coconut wheels anymore, not that they did ,ugh good before. Now I’m begging because I hate this level. Please help. PFL and a miracle

This level has finally got to me. Been on it for days and no way near close. Yes could buy piggy bank to get 120 more moves but whenever do that Apple keeps charging me for piggy banks that I didn’t buy. Goood bye Candy Crush . Will miss the few fun levels that you did give us
Video has 23 moves, my game has 17 moves. Even if I had 23 would nor pass this level! Tried with extra lives, extra moves and lots of boosters, no chance of moving on. Waiting for King to pass this for me in its own time so I can play the next level!
