Hints and tips showing how to pass level 8423 Candy Crush Saga without boosters by Cookie
Tips and walkthrough video for this level. Even experts sometimes need help!
I will post videos for every level and write tips where I think they are needed but otherwise please feel free to give your tips in the comments.
Tips: Level 8423 is classified as a hard level so you are likely to lose some lives before you manage to pass it. This is an orders level, you have to collect blockers, bubblegum and chocolate to complete the level.
I found the best way to deal with this level was to break through the top licorice curls and work down the middle to clear the chocolate. This opens up the board and makes it easier to make wraps and other special candies to clear the chocolate. You still need to look at the outer parts of the board on the conveyor and try to make special candies there to clear the blockers and bubblegum. It's much easier to make combos in the middle part of the board once the chocolate starts to be cleared.

This is a very tough level and need a lucky board.
I bought the $4.99 holiday sale with unlimited lives and color bomb and tick booster for 12 hours and haven’t made a dent in it.
I even had 2 color bombs together and no luck.
Great advice re working on the middle chocolate. Took about 10 attempts and one hammer to get a wrap next to a colour bomb and WHACK. Job done. Good luck, all

Now it is confirmed: no need to classify the levels as difficult or not. ALL the levels are impossible because the number of moves is always half, if not less, than the needed. Kings has decided in favour of a stupid game which is producing money from the stupid players, so they don't need to create really difficult levels: it is enough to create stupidly easy level with no moves available. The result is that, in order to progress, people must pay. This is simply disgusting. Kings are shit like their own dirty Candy Crush. I'll NEVER PAY!!
Somebody should explain to me this problem: in this level you've to get 138 object in total. And this must be done with 24 moves. But to get those objects they must be hit around 4-5 times each.That means each move should hit around 6x4 targets. Now, considering how the board is designed, at least for the first 10-15 moves there is no chance to get that number and very often the only possible move us totally useless, the result is that king is not giving the minimum possibility to pass without paying. The level is impossible by fair means.
Besides the fact that this is not fair, it demonstrates how the same king criminals are interesteduin keeping CC as a nice game..
They are only interested in our money! And they've destroyed the nice game CC was. Robbers, only robbers, this is what they are!

I don't see how this is passable. Especially with no boosters. My treat calendar as well as Fantastic Five aren't registering. It says I get them but they aren't there when I play. Not a happy camper these days.

Ignore the chocolate! Concentrate on the edges to collect blocks and bubble gum and this will let chocolates grow and also clear more space to get colour bombs. Switch colour bomb with special candies and it will do all the work for you 😊

This is another one where the lack of options to make moves just makes it boring. No need to use any brain cells when it’s so restricted!

So bored with this level now, not coming close, can't even break through the uncovered chocolate. Most of the moves I make are not by choice, they are the only moves available, hard to believe anyone has done this one.

Movimentos reduzidos e dificuldade aumentada, isto é justo?? Agora este jogo se resume em uma única palavra: DINHEIRO!!$$! Este jogo está decadente e acabado, merece uma auditoria para constatar as fraudes praticadas, quadrilha de estelionatários!! Melhor opção é deletar esta merda, existem jogos melhores, inteligentes e honestos..
Totalmente impossível!!!!! Como chegar na parte inferior do tabuleiro, sequer consigo chegar na parte central e os movimentos acabam. Inclusive tenho apenas uma opção de movimento e embaralha, isto aqui é manipulado, não exige que o jogador raciocine, basta jogar inúmeras vezes, perder muitas vidas, usar boosters e aguardar que o jogo lhe permita concluir. Isto não é jogo, é loteria.
