Hints and tips showing how to pass level 8551 Candy Crush Saga without boosters by Cookie
Tips and walkthrough video for this level. Even experts sometimes need help!
I will post videos for every level and write tips where I think they are needed but otherwise please feel free to give your tips in the comments.
Tips: Level 8551 is classified as a hard level so you may lose some lives before you manage to pass it. This is an order level, you have to collect sugar coats and licorice to complete the level.
The only strategy for this level is to make as many special candies and combos as you can to break through the sugar coats. It can be hard to see the colours under the sugar coats, but it is worth looking carefully to try to find special candies and combos as this is the only way you will have a chance of completing the orders.

Another no go level! Friends who are on level - 50 levels in one day, me 3 if lucky! Pass a few, hit a level that makes you wait endlessly so that you dont catch up with the developers!

Don't use your specials they are covered in sugar coats and you don't even get to use them!! Which is BS!! If you play them you should get to use them!!
This is stupid and impossible..you just have to wait for the lucky board..there is no other way..there is no strategy with limited moves

The video has a lot of collorbombs. So its easyer to play the level to a good end🙂 the level I had to play has nearly collorboms🙁

This level like so many others now are impossible to beat. So where's the fun in waiting for CC to give you a lucky board? There is none, just frustration, and who needs that? CC needs to stop these BS levels or people will stop playing this game! I agree with Broomie, don't waste your special boosters, they're useless on this level.

Obviously an impossible level. My favorite part was when an advertisement to buy more boosters came up and it said “78% of players needed boosters to pass this level”. Really? I buy the “pig” monthly (if think of it as my user fee), but this is a pretty blatant example of extortion. Each game should have logic and skill to pass. Not endurance and a lucky board. Meanwhile if anyone passes by finding the “key” to get through, please come back and share.

Described as “Nightmarish level” more like blooming impossible!! Despite using flying saucer and colour bombs plus all my other boosters can’t get anywhere near!!
As someone else said, it wouldn’t be so bad if you could destroy the spawners!!
Also hard to see the half hidden colours at the bottom when your sight isn’t brilliant, wish they’d bear it in mind, I can’t be the only one who thinks this!!

Posting for a miracle on this ridiculous level! I got down to just 2 licorice left, only to have all licorice in the bottom 2 rows covered in sugar coats that would take several hits to clear. No chance on this level until king grants me a lucky board.

Took some time but I managed to combine a colourbom with a wrapped candy which took out most of th shit. After that it was simple to clear the rest.

8548 waz a nightmarishly hard level shi H took ages waiting for lucky board, had to use 35 extra moves to pazs it, then 2 levels further on and we get another b*****d nightmare level, makes you wNt to quit, this o e truly seems impossible!

Here we go again! Just passed one ridiculous, boring level using 35 extra moves and shortly after along comes another stupid level. These levels are all getting ridiculous and boring with nowhere near enough moves to pass any of them without a lucky board. Am not parting with any cash to pass so will think carefully about giving up playing this game altogether unless it can be made more fun again instead of just being a brain-numbing bore waiting for a lucky board!!!!!!!

After says of attempting this level I finally got it. Double wrapped candies as many times as you can! If you can get color bombs with wrapped or striped candies it makes it even easier as that opens up bottom of board. Good luck everyone. No boosters or extra moves needed.
