Hints and tips showing how to pass level 8660 Candy Crush Saga without boosters by Cookie
Tips and walkthrough video for this level. Even experts sometimes need help!
I will post videos for every level and write tips where I think they are needed but otherwise please feel free to give your tips in the comments.
Tips: Level 8660 is an ingredients level, you have to collect the cherries to complete the level. The cherries drop down the outer columns of the board and are blocked by chocolate under crystal candies. To collect the cherries you need to clear the outer columns of chocolate.
First you need to clear the sour skuls, once that is done you need to use combos to cleat the crystal candies and chocolate which is holding back the cherries. Colourbomb combos are best but stripe/wrap combos will work although you will need more of them. So look for chances to make colourbombs whenever you can.

If you have a coconut wheel use it here. It saves the trouble of making horizontal stripes.

My board is different. The sour skull only appears in the middle column. I am given only 26 moves not 35 you show on the video. Also my board is ate up with chocolate and blockers! Help please!
My board is nothing like the one in your video. The lower half of my board is covered in blockers where your board starts clear! My chocolate multiples twice with every move. I have 26 moves you video has 35. There is absolutely NO way to complete this one! If possible I desperately need help!

I've been stuck here for days. The multi layer waffles in the bottom corners are the problem IF I can get that far. I've had no luck with the coconut wheel and I don't have enough left to keep trying with it. So frustrating.

CCS LEVEL 8660 is impossible. After reading the previous comments, I believe my game is different and found this level to be very similar to mine which was posted 16 March 2022 at 10:36: My board is nothing like the one in your video. The lower half of my board is covered in blockers, where your board starts clear! My chocolate multiples twice with every move. I have 26 moves your video has 35. There is absolutely NO way to complete this one! If possible, I desperately need help! PLEASE I REALLY NEED A GREAT/ LUCKY BOARD.

Another ridiculous, boring, no skill level just waiting for people to spend money to pass. No way are you having my cash, would rather spend it on something interesting not this tedious game any more. Have been playing for years but now find it’s just one boring, difficult level after another. Bring back the smile and skill levels, not these boring ones. No longer recommend it to people who want to use their mind to play, it’s just robotic waiting for a lucky board!!!!!!
