Hints and tips showing how to pass level 8821 Candy Crush Saga without boosters by Cookie
Tips and walkthrough video for this level. Even experts sometimes need help!
I will post videos for every level and write tips where I think they are needed but otherwise please feel free to give your tips in the comments.
Tips: Level 8821 is an ingredients level, you have to collect the two cherries to complete the level. First clear the licorice and blockers at the bottom of the board to release the keys to where they can be collected. A double colourbomb combo will be useful and also double wrap combos to clear the keys. The keys will unlock the left side and eventually the first cherry. Keep clearing the licorice as it falls and the cherry will drop through to the right side where it can be collected. The second cherry will be released when all the licorice is cleared as it starts from the bottom left locked square. The video below starts with 45 moves but it is completed in 18 moves so well within the moves available at the time of writing.

I found this one quite hard, but after several games in which I made no progress, all of a sudden it let me win, colour bombs and special candies all over the place. I guess patience pays off ... eventually!

The example has 45 moves, we now have 24 moves. How is that fair when it takes 24 moves just to clear most of the right side, not the keys which take extra boosters. Then you need moves just to get the cherries to the right side, which I never have. I feel cheated.
At least show this game with the moves we have now, which is impossible without seeing how to win it.
How about splitting the difference with us at maybe 36 moves? Boring and ridiculous after a few days. PFLEASE!!!
