Hints and tips showing how to pass level 8899 Candy Crush Saga without boosters by Cookie
Tips and walkthrough video for this level. Even experts sometimes need help!
I will post videos for every level and write tips where I think they are needed but otherwise please feel free to give your tips in the comments.
Tips: Level 8899 is a dual task level, you have to clear the way for the rainbow rapids and clear the jelly to complete the level. There are some things on the board that will be helpful, but they need uncovering by collecting the blockers for the order locks. Once the order locks are opened there are fishing floats and bonbon blitz squares to help with clearing the board. Hit the floats with combos as much as you can as the fish will be very helpful in unlocking and clearing the waffles and blockers. There is jelly under the rapids so these need to be collected before you can finish clearing all the jelly. Treat this as you would any jelly level by making as many combos as you can. This will get easier onbce the board begins to open up.

In the above video there are 30 moves and actually getting only 25. Need many more moves. Not able to clear even a half of the board. Posting for a lucky board please

I’m so done with this level and game.
I bought gold bars twice and both times came down to 1 left, with no boosters left. I even used a ufo.
Can’t buy anymore for a long while!

well, I’m still here, second day. There is no logic to this level, it is simply all luck. No strategy at all. Whenever CC decides you’ll pass is when you will pass. I just hope my turn comes soon because I’m really getting sick of this practically every level is BY LUCK. I want fun!!!
I agree with points made here by other players, for those of us unable to purchase boosters the hope of getting back to the top of the game is none existent. Each level puts us further back. There must come a time when one wonders if there is any sensible reason to continue playing a game which is no longer any fun at all

I've thrown all my boosters i had saved up at this level and still finish with 4 rapids and 40 some jellies...why isn't this level marked nightmare? Because this is a really tough one..can i please have the lucky board...I'm getting really bored..not even clearing the bottom with enough moves left to make it somewhat fun.

When I finish this level I am quitting & MAYBE start over. NO FUN just stress & feelings of abuse by CC KING programmers taking away moves forcing players to buy boosters & extra moves. NO free boosters--have to earn them.
