Hints and tips showing how to pass level 9163 Candy Crush Saga without boosters by Cookie
Tips and walkthrough video for this level. Even experts sometimes need help!
I will post videos for every level and write tips where I think they are needed but otherwise please feel free to give your tips in the comments.
Tips: Level 9163 is classified as a super hard level so you are likely to lose some lives before you manage to pass it. This is an order level, you have to collect caramels and bubblegum to complete the level.
Start by clearing the skulls and collecting the keys to unlock the board. Then you will need to look for the most powerful combos you can make to blast through the caramels and licorice curls to get to the bubblegum at the bottom of the board. Colourbombs are not too hard to make and if you can switch them with each other or with another special candy you can clear the most caramels. The moves have been reduced since the videos were made but since the only strategy is to make combos the videos will only help to show how the board can be cleared.

No comments on this level? Hard level. Video uses 32 moves and that's with a double ball combo, now reduced to only 28. Good luck.

So let me get this straight. This is a hard level but doesn't show that on my game like so many other levels. And then there are the levels that are marked hard. So Kind, almost all the levels are hard anymore right? All you want is the paying people to continue this game. Not the others like me that have played for all this time but haven't paid a dime? Take away any contests for us to win anything anymore. This game sucks. Why do we keep playing?

Another impossible level. Mindless waste of time. Far from relaxing. Don't waste your boosters. They don't help.
Impassable as well as BORING. Apparently the folks at King don't have enough imagination to make challenging yet passable levels so they just make them impossible & then toss you a bone now & then. Every level is "hard" anymore.

Reduced moves equals less and less playing this game and less ad watching? Lose my 5vlives and then play the compitation and watch thier ads. The compitation makes the big bucks while king gets nothing for his bullshit except less money. King loses again

Annoying and boring…just not enough moves, no strategy required.
