Hints and tips showing how to pass level 9313 Candy Crush Saga without boosters by Cookie

I will post videos for every level and write tips where I think they are needed but otherwise please feel free to give your tips in the comments.
Tips: Level 9313 is an order level, you have to collect the cherries and licorice to complete the level. First clear the blockers to unlock the bottom part of the board, then you can begin collecting the caramels to open the order locks and uncover the rainbow twists.
You will get stripes and wraps dropping from the top of the board and these can be switched together to clear the caramels and licorice. Keep collecting the licorice and the cherries will be collected as you play.
