Hints and tips showing how to pass level 9428 Candy Crush Saga without boosters by Cookie

I will post videos for every level and write tips where I think they are needed but otherwise please feel free to give your tips in the comments.
Tips: Level 9428 is an order level, you have to collect caramel, blockers and rainbow rapids to complete the level. Concentrate on clearing the blockers and everything else will follow. Stripe/wrap combos are good as are colourbomb combos. This is the only strategy I can suggest, I completed this after 2 attempts by making combos and clearing the blockers.
