Hints and tips showing how to pass level 9499 Candy Crush Saga without boosters by Cookie
Tips and walkthrough video for this level. Even experts sometimes need help!
I will post videos for every level and write tips where I think they are needed but otherwise please feel free to give your tips in the comments.
Tips: Level 9499 is classified as a super hard level so you can expect to lose some lives before you manage to pass it. This is a jelly level and there is jelly over the whole board so everything has to be cleared to complete the level.
The first job is to clear the skulls and the cakes to open up the board, stripe/wrap combos are the best combos as they will clear the cakes and the skulls at the same time. Once the cakes are cleared you won't have very many moves left to clear the remaining blockers and jelly. The fish are vital for clearing the jellies in the side sections as these sections can't be cleared using normal combos. The only combo that will help with these sections is a double colourbomb and you are unlikely to be able to make one of these.

Terrible level when ms. cookie states impossible to make double color bombs BUT they are needed to pass. Puts a damper on a so called GAME.
Last level for me--above my skill abilities.
