I will post videos for every level and write tips where I think they are needed but otherwise please feel free to give your tips in the comments.
Tips: Level 9623 is a jelly level and the jelly will be provided by the jelly jars so the priority should be to get the jelly as quickly as possible to give you plenty of moves to clear it.
This is a fairly easy jelly level once you get the jelly on the board so you shouldn't have too much trouble completing the level.
