Hints and tips showing how to pass level 9645 Candy Crush Saga without boosters by Cookie
Tips and walkthrough video for this level. Even experts sometimes need help!
I will post videos for every level and write tips where I think they are needed but otherwise please feel free to give your tips in the comments.
Tips: Level 9645 is an order level, you have to collect caramel, blockers and cherries to complete the level. The only way to complete this level is to make as many combos as you can. There is no point trying to collect the orders using matches of three, you will soon run out of moves. Colourbomb combos are best as they will collect the orders and also clear the sugar coats from the cherries. Try to work as close to the bottom of the board as you can to create cascades which will help to clear the board without wasting moves.
I used all three starting boosters to complete this level after 28 attempts without boosters.

Strategy is pretty much as Cookie said - aim for the bottom of the board. The candy will break without worrying about it. If a combo is available up the top, use it but I focused on the bottom and got through with about 2 moves left; first time I consciously decided to aim for the bottom.
