Hints and tips showing how to pass level 9664 Candy Crush Saga without boosters by Cookie
Tips and walkthrough video for this level. Even experts sometimes need help!
I will post videos for every level and write tips where I think they are needed but otherwise please feel free to give your tips in the comments.
Tips: Level 9664 is a jelly level and there is jelly over the whole board so everything has to be cleared to complete the level. Although this level is not classified as a hard level you may struggle to pass it without boosters, it took me quite a few attempts to complete.
The hardest thing to do with level 9664 is to get started breaking through the licorice curls to clear the chocolate and open the order locks. You need some powerful combos from the start to work your way down the board. Use colourbombs and wraps to create cascades which will help to clear the board and get to the jelly.

I had starting boosters and an unlimited 30 min , still couldn't pass it. Evil level.
Geen Lucky board gekregen. Ik ga afscheid nemen. De laatste maanden zoveel uren per dag moeten spelen om 3 episodes per week te halen. Niet meer leuk.
Seriously, who classifies these levels, they sure missed on this one 🙄
Mine is classified as a hard level with a skull. There have been a awful lot of hard and superhard levels in these last episode,sometimes 4 or 5 in a row or close together. We need a break sometimes with some easier and fun, enjoyable levels iso boring ones!

How I hate chocolate levels and try to get anywhere near the liquorice twirls is impossible really need help with this one so a very lucky board would be greatly appreciated so 🤞🤞I get one soon
On my first try I got down to 5 jelly to collect and, given all of the comments, I used gold to get 5 extra moves. Opening board was lucky and I had the CB and stripe/wrap starting boosters. Good luck!🍀
I had goldbars and 2 flying saucers when I started this level. Goldbars were used and gone and in the last try I used my 2 flying saucers and ended the level with only one jelly left. I’ve had enough of this game. It has nothing to do with skills anymore. It seams like when you have some boosters they give awful levels till you used them all and then you have to wait till they give you een lucky board. Hoping that you have spend money before that. Pure manipulation. Wast of time. Much time!
Another level that is impossible once again what can I say lucky �� board needed pleaseeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee������������.
Why not give us 50 moves in the beginning then it may be achievable.

The opening screen immediately changed to "Oops! No possible moves" and closed with "Try again". The significant boosters that I had built up through a string of first time wins disappeared along with the "Oops". Seems quite unfair.

Perhaps Cookie's comment should just say another level NO skill, NO strategy all that is required is a lucky board (and a fistfull of $) because this seems to be a common thing with cc once you get to these higher levels.

Nightmarishly hard level now, day 2 and only reached chocolate once! Got so few boosters now I don't want to waste them when game is impossible, game is SO BORING now!
