Hints and tips showing how to pass level 9695 Candy Crush Saga without boosters by Cookie
Tips and walkthrough video for this level. Even experts sometimes need help!
I will post videos for every level and write tips where I think they are needed but otherwise please feel free to give your tips in the comments.
Tips: Level 9695 is an ingredient level, you have to collect the cherries to complete the level. At first this level looks impossible as it is hard to see how to even start. First you need to clear the cake to unlock the left side of the board. Then you need to clear the rainbow twists, don't waste the wraps and stripes while they are inside the licorice fences, wait for them to drop down into the middle left section when they can be used to clear the twists. Clearing the twists will uncover the fishing floats and the wraps will drop down into the middle of them. Use colourbombs to detonate the wraps and get fish which will clear the right column and collect the cherries. Double colourbomb combos will be fairly easy to make if you are careful and these will be a big help in every part of the game.

In 9695, there are a lot of order locks. Concetrate first in destorying the Cake Bomb which order-locked the Rainbow Twists on the sides of the middle square on the left. The lower left box is order-locked by the Rainbow Twists. The Bobbers are here where you will need the fish to clear the last column on the right (which is protected by a Licorice Fence) order-locked by the 5 fish where the cherries will appear. The first 2 rows in column one dispense Stripes while col.4 dispense Wraps after you clear the blockers on them. The Wraps on col. 4 will teleport to the center of the box on the lower left in the middle of the Bobbers. When they detonate, the Bobbers will send fish to clear the last column sending the cherries to the exit. If you can start with a CB combo (which I did) it will clear the blockers on the first 2 rows n columns 1 & 4 and on the middle box on the left and get several slices of the Cake Bomb.
I finished the first episode today for mobile up to 9695. I passed all the levels in the episode on my first try, I got a Diamond trophy, a sticker for the Daily Win, won the Episode Race, and collected 25 gold bars.
I forgot to mention that cols. 5 to 8 are Color Bomb (CB) dispensers so that by making matches below them, you get a CB combo.
I replayed it and got 2 CB combos doing just that.

In #9691 if you succeed to place a horizontal stripe in the last row it will be very helpful to colect the cherries even if you have to use a hammer to hit it.
Done thru 9695, not too bad, slowing down to get remaining "stickers" since I'm now stuck on 9697, good luck!
