Hints and tips showing how to pass level 9714 Candy Crush Saga without boosters by Cookie
Tips and walkthrough video for this level. Even experts sometimes need help!
I will post videos for every level and write tips where I think they are needed but otherwise please feel free to give your tips in the comments.
Tips: Level 9714 is a dual task level, you have to collect the cherries and clear the jelly to complete the level. This board is so complicated that I struggled to find the best way to clear it. You need to clear the blockers below the cherries so that srtripes can drop and these stripes can be used to clear the column that the cherries need to drop down. The best way to clear these blockers is to use the same combos as you are using to break into the bottom part of the board. You will get plenty of colourbombs and these are best switched with stripes or wraps if you can manage it.

Starting with a CB and a Fish made short work of this level (after 16 failed attempts without boosters).
Strategy is complicate. It depends on the evolution of the board. While still stuck attempting I think the first to do is releasing the CB on the bottom part of the board in order free the other 2 blocking the side columns. The most efficient is hitting the wrapped candies of the conveyor when they are in appropriate position. But not forget the blockers that retain the cherries. However 22 moves are too few. I still need a lucky board. Posting for that.

Yes, the tip by Sentinel worked; though I don't know how. Start with colour ball and a fish booster. Hope it works for you too.
