Hints and tips showing how to pass level 9811 Candy Crush Saga without boosters by Cookie
Tips and walkthrough video for this level. Even experts sometimes need help!
I will post videos for every level and write tips where I think they are needed but otherwise please feel free to give your tips in the comments.
Tips: Level 9811 is an order level, you have to collect caramels and cherries to complete the level. You need to think about both the cherries and the caramels because neither of them will be collected if you don't work on both. The cherries drop down the top left and right and you'll need to clear the candies below them to get them out of the exits. They will only be on the board 2 at a time so the sooner you collect them the better chance you will have of getting them all.
The caramels rely on you clearing the sour skulls quickly to unlock them and then the more you collect the more will unlock. Colourbombs and colourbomb combos are the way to collect the caramels and this will also help with collecting the cherries.

Moves have been reduced. Also the skulls are below a row of locked caramel. Stripes only fall from dispenser every six moves. Can't pass this without help and luck.
Most of the time, I can't even clear the skulls. They put them where they are unreachable. I haven't even come close with over 50 tries. Need some gold bars but can't even collect anymore cause it takes days to clear a level. Lately, have come in last place. When I finally get to 7000 in the Fab contest, I am out of lives so the hour long booster is worthless. Need a lucky board

Obviously another pay level as can be seen by the number of posts here - no strategy needed - just (yawn) waste time until King gives you the almighty lucky board. BORING.

Day 2 - posting again for luck - I messed up on the last hard level and used my gold bars, so I'm waiting now . . .

Impossible to get boosters that are under locked squares. Takes most moves to release them so can’t get cherries
Still here on day 3. If only I got as many boosters as the video shows. You even get mote down the sides than I have ever got and you seem to get them without making 5 in a row. Very clever

Well, please let me pass because you know I’m not paying. PFL
After 3 days I passed this very difficult level. I was able to get two wrapped candies side-by-side, twice. This really helped to clear the blockers and the skull.
Take every opportunity to use a CB with a colored candy that matches the candy just below the cherry; this will move the cherries out quicker.
Classified as a Nightmarishly Hard Level on my devices
Please gift me with that special "UNICORN" board for stinky players like ME>
