Hints and tips showing how to pass level 9821 Candy Crush Saga without boosters by Cookie

I will post videos for every level and write tips where I think they are needed but otherwise please feel free to give your tips in the comments.
Tips: Level 9821 is a dual task level, you have to collect the cherries and clear the jelly to complete the level. This is a level where you don't have to worry too much about collecting the cherries as they will be collected as you work on clearing the jelly. Trat this as you would any jelly level by making as many combos as you can to blast the board until it is cleared.

I thought 9820 was a nightmare?! Played this one for 3 days now, can't get close. Most of the times I can't get to the keys, and if I do, I don't have enough moves left to clear the rest of the jelly
