Hints and tips showing how to pass level 9988 Candy Crush Saga without boosters by Cookie
Tips and walkthrough video for this level. Even experts sometimes need help!
I will post videos for every level and write tips where I think they are needed but otherwise please feel free to give your tips in the comments.
Tips: Level 9988 is classified as a hard level so you can expect to lose some lives before you manage to pass it. This is an order level, you have to collect caramel squares, chocolate and cherries to complete the level. The chocolate can be the hardest to collect as there is not enough on the board so you need to allow the spawners to spawn more as you play. Keep your eye on the chocolate as you get close to the end of the game to make sure there is enough before you clear everything.

Volgens mij zit er een bug in dit level. Al meerdere keren alles weggespeeld behalve de chocolaatjes. Met 8 zetten te gaan komt er geen enkel chocolade tevoorschijn. Chocola groeit ook niet. Moet gefixt worden.

This level is hard because king is a big fat cheater. I had 6 moves left and needed 4 chocolates and the spawners didn"t make one chocolate. Then king tries to sell more boosters. King thinks we must be really stupid going to habd over our money for his cheating. Tbat's the same as stealing from his players. King must be hurting for more players, i am seeing more ads on tv to play cc. I will advertise for you too ki g i will tell them not to play your crooked game. You are a thief.

The spawners absolutely stop making chocolate whenever you get close. Twice now I’ve been short one chocolate. Ridiculous. PFLEASE!!

Even when keeping a count on the chocolate from the start, it stops making ANY! Ridiculous level. Can’t complete it if they don’t provide the orders 😡
I get really frustrated with levels like this also, but King's business model allows you to play for free as long as you want and offers in-game purchases, if you want to progress faster. Thus, any payment you make is entirely voluntary. Would you rather that you had to pay a monthly fee for access to the game? Would you rather have to endure dozens of pop-up ads?
If your piggy bank is full, 30 gold bars costs $3. I played for years without paying a dime, then as I got into the 8000 and 9000 levels, occasionally I paid if I was on a really frustrating level. Most months I pay nothing, occasionally I pay $3 or $6 in a month and about twice (over nearly 10,000 levels), I have paid as much as $20. It's a bargain.
King is a business not a charity yet, again, it's business model never requires you to pay. Pay or don't pay. Play or don't play. But please quit whining. I come here for advice, not to listen to whiners.
Hier gaan we weer. Op de video groeit de chocolade veel vlugger aan en kom je dus gemakkelijk aan het aantal, zonder dat je voortdurend moet tellen hoeveel chocolade je nog nodigt hebt. Eens de middelste chocolade verdwenen is komt er geen chocolade meer bij, wat op de video wel gebeurt🙁
Na vele levens. Ofwel krijg je bommen maar weinig chocolade ofwel meer chocolade en geen bommen maar dan kan je het spel onmogelijk uitspelen. De spelregels over het accepteren van levens van vrienden veranderen voortdurend. Wat hiervan de reden is begrijp ik niet zo goed, Verwonderd dat er hier niet meer comentaar op gegeven wordt🙁 misschien is het de bedoeling om boosters aan te kopen maar daar doe ik niet aan mee.

Im sure your post is directed at the same old whiners. But you are spot on. They dont have to provide this game and you dont have to play. Its your choice. That being said...

The chocolate grows in the middle at the beginning. Make sure to grow 4 chocolates or use a check booster
Ridiculous, needed 3 chocolates to go with 15 moves and it wouldn't spawn any at all. Posting for luck
7 moves left needed one more chocolate and nothing spawned. Total fix.
As everyone else,the spawner doesn't produce any chocolate. Always left needing 3 or 6 more. Impossible without the tick booster.

What in the actual oblivion is this lvl??? Spawners NEVER produce chocolate, the choc itself wont ever fortify or multiply no matter how many moves I waste! What do you want me to effin do????????
