Hints and tips showing how to pass level 9950 Candy Crush Saga without boosters by Cookie

I will post videos for every level and write tips where I think they are needed but otherwise please feel free to give your tips in the comments.
Level 9950 Candy Crush Saga is an order level, you have to collect the dragons and waffles to complete the level. The dragons are all in the locked cells so you need to collect the keys as quickly as possible to unlock them. Once the dragons are unlocked you will be able to clear the waffles from below them so they can drop to the bottom of the board.
You will need to work as close to the bottom of the board as you can to clear the waffles and they all need to be cleared to complete the orders. Any combo will be helpful but wrapped candies are the most helpful as long as they are close enough to the waffles to clear them.
