Level 4019 Candy Crush Saga is classified as a super hard level so you can expect to lose some lives before you manage to pass it. This is a jelly level, you have to clear the jelly to complete the level.
The bubblegum is really helpful as it will help to clear the waffles and jelly when it pops, so use it by popping it whenever you get the chance. You will need stripes and wraps to get to the jellies inside the candy fences. The lower left section of the board is the hardest to clear so take any opportunity to hit this section of the board with your combos. There are stripe and wrap dispensers at the top of the board which will also be very useful as you play.
Look carefully at the whole board before every move so you don't miss ansy chances to make special candies and combos.
