Hints and tips showing how to pass level 10408 Candy Crush Saga without boosters by Cookie

I will post videos for every level and write tips where I think they are needed but otherwise please feel free to give your tips in the comments.
Level 10408 Candy Crush Saga is classified as a nightmarishly hard level so you are likely to lose a few lives before you pass it without boosters. This is an order level, you have to collect the gummi dragons, licorice squares and cream blockers to complete the level.
You can only make moves in the bottom section of the board to begin with but once you start to make moves you should be able to get stripes dropping which you can use to clear some of the licorice in the top part of the board. You need to collect the keys as quickly as you can to unlock the board, the keys drop from the dispensers each side at the top of the board as soon as the blockers are removed from below them. Concentrate on getting the keys dropping so you can unlock the lower part of the board while you still have enough moves left to clear the blockers and collect the dragons. Colourbombs switched with a stripe or a wrap will be most useful for clearing blockers. Look carefully at the board before every move as there are not many moves to spare. Good luck.
