Level 14170 Candy Crush Saga is classified as a nightmarishly hard level so you could lose a few lives before you manage to pass it. This is a normal jelly level, you have to clear all the jelly to complete the level.
There is no particular strategy to completing level 14170, just simply making combos as much as possible. If you can make a double colourbomb combo this will clear all the licorice curls and make it much easier to get your combos into the bottom part of the board where they will do the most damage. Wrapped candies are always best for clearing blockers and jelly and switching a wrap with a colourbomb will be most useful.
As with all jelly levels, slow down and check the whole board before every move as it's easy to switch away and miss the best moves. There is no time limit so take your time and you should be able to pass level 14170 without losing too many lives.
