Hints and tips showing how to pass level 3948 Candy Crush Saga without boosters by Cookie

I will post videos for every level and write tips where I think they are needed but otherwise please feel free to give your tips in the comments.
Level 3948 Candy Crush Saga is classified as a nightmarishly hard level so you are likely to lose some lives before you manage to pass it. This is a dual task level, you have to collect waffles and clear the jelly to complete the level. There are only 23 moves to complete level 3948 so you can't afford to waste any.
The fist job is to get the keys dropping by making moves under the key dispensers so that you can collect them and get the board unlocked. Once the board is unlocked try to make matches, or use combos, to destroy the spawners before they have a chance to begin spawning licorice locks which will block your moves. Once this is done you should be able to see what you need to do to complete the level.
As with all jelly levels, try to work as close to the bottom of the board as you can to create cascades which will help to clear waffles, blockers and jelly without using too many moves. Take your time, there is no rush to make moves, and look carefully at the whole board before every move so that you don't miss any chances to make special candies and combos.
