Hints and tips showing how to pass level 9991 Candy Crush Saga without boosters by Cookie

I will post videos for every level and write tips where I think they are needed but otherwise please feel free to give your tips in the comments.
Level 9991 Candy Crush Saga is a dual task level, you have to collect one gummi dragon and clear all the jelly to complete the level.
Look at the left side and you will see the game starts with a strip/wrap combo which can be used to unlock the fishing floats. Use it as soon as you want as it won't effect the other side of the board apart from releasing jelly fish.
You need to clear the blockers on the left side of the board to get the keys dropping. The keys will unlock the locked sections of the board so collect them as quickly as you can. Unlocking the board will allow you to clear the blockers on the right so you can collect the gummi dragon.
Each time you have two wraps dropping on the left switch them together to get loads of fish and the fish will help to clear the blockers and jelly on the main part of the board.
As with all jelly levels you will need to look for chances to make special candies and combos in the main part of the board. Take your time, there is no time limit and you should be able to complete level 9991 without boosters.
