Hints and tips showing how to pass level 2489 Candy Crush Saga without boosters by Cookie

Level 2489 Candy Crush Saga is classified as a nightmarishly hard level so you are likely to lose some lives before you manage to pass it. This is a dual task level, you have to collect the gummi dragons and clear the jelly to complete the level. The dragons are on the board at the start of the game but they are locked under licorice locks so the locks need to be removed before you can begin to collect them.
The dragons need to drop through the portals into the very bottom squares, then through and back onto the main part of the board and down to the exits. As you can see from the route the dragons need to take, the blockers in the very bottom row need to be cleared to allow the dragons to drop through. Vertical stripes and stripe combos are the best for collecting the dragons and if you can switch a stripe with a colourbomb better still as this will clear a lot of jelly as well as clear blockers. Keep looking for stripe combos to clear the blockers and jelly.
As with all jelly levels you need to slow down and look carefully at the whole board before every move so you don't miss any chances to make the combos you need.
