Hints and tips showing how to pass level 3790 Candy Crush Saga without boosters by Cookie

I will post videos for every level and write tips where I think they are needed but otherwise please feel free to give your tips in the comments.
Level 3790 Candy Crush Saga is a multi task level, you have to collect the rainbow twists, cream blockers and jelly to complete the level. The rainbow twists and cream blockers are all on the board at the start of the game but some of the jelly will be provided by the jelly jars once you open them by making matches next to them or hitting them with combos.
First get the blockers out of the way so you can get to the jelly and the rainbow twists. Apart from this you can treat this level as a normal jelly level by making as many special candies and combos as you can. Work as close to the bottom of the board as you can to create cascades which will clear the orders without wasrting moves.
As with all jelly levels you need to slow down and check the board carefully before every move so you don't miss any chances to make the special candies and combos you need to clear the board and complete the level.
