Hints and tips showing how to pass level 3827 Candy Crush Saga without boosters by Cookie

I will post videos for every level and write tips where I think they are needed but otherwise please feel free to give your tips in the comments.
Level 3827 Candy Crush Saga is an order level, you have to collect the gummi dragons to complete the level. The video has cherries but the dragons work in exactly the same way so the difference means nothing.
One of the dragons needs to drop down to the exits in the bottom left section of the board and the second one needs to drop down the diagonal column from top left to bottom right. To collect both the dragons you need to clear the blockers that are blocking the way to the exits.
The fish from the fishing floats will help you by targetting the blockers, so hit the floats as many times as possible with combos to get the most fish. Stripe/wrap combos are one of the best combos as this will hit several of the floats in one move, but any combo will be useful.
