Hints and tips showing how to pass level 3890 Candy Crush Saga without boosters by Cookie

I will post videos for every level and write tips where I think they are needed but otherwise please feel free to give your tips in the comments.
Level 3890 Candy Crush Saga is a dual task level, you have to collect the gummi dragons and clear the jelly to complete the level. The video below was made before the cherries were changed to gummi dragons but the dragons will be collected in exactly the same way.
There are only ten moves so you need to make every move count.
An important job to begin with is to unlock the keys from the licorice locks and collect them to unlock the dragons. At the same time as you are collecting the keys you will be clearing jelly. The dragon at the bottom will drop out of the exit as soon as it is unlocked, but the top one will need to be dropped through to the exit in the middle of the board.
Look carefully at the board before every move and think very carefully about your moves. The best move may not be the obvious one so keep your task in mind when deciding where to move each time. You don't have enough moves to waste on making special candies if they won't help you to do what needs to be done.
