Hints and tips showing how to pass level 823 Candy Crush Saga without boosters by Cookie

I will post videos for every level and write tips where I think they are needed but otherwise please feel free to give your tips in the comments.
Level 823 Candy Crush Saga is an order level, you have to collect toffee squares and two gummi dragonsto complete the level. The dragons are not on the board at the start of the game, they will drop out of the dispenser in the middle of the board when there is space under it for them to drop. The dragons will only drop out one at a time so the sooner you collect the first one the sooner the second one will drop out onto the board.
The bubblegum on the board will be really helpful, when it pops it will help to clear some of the toffees and also help to collect the dragons. From the start work your way down the board, clearing the toffees as you go and also popping the bubblegum. As you get into the bottom part of the board clear the toffees under the dragon dispensers to get them dropping as soon as possible. If you concentrate on collecting the dragons you should find that the toffees are collected as you go.
Take your time, there is no time limit, and check the board carefully before every move so you don't miss any chances to make special candies and combos.
