Hints and tips showing how to pass level 3647 Candy Crush Saga without boosters by Cookie

I will post videos for every level and write tips where I think they are needed but otherwise please feel free to give your tips in the comments.
Level 3647 Candy Crush Saga is classified as a hard level so you are likely to lose some lives before you manage to pass it. This is a dual task level, you have to collect the gummi dragons and clear all the jelly to complete the level. You will only get two dragons on the board at any one time so the sooner you collect them the more chance you have of collecting them all. The dragons need to drop through the portals into the bottom sections of the board and down to the exits at the bottom.
Since there is jelly over the whole board you can almost forget about the dragons as they are most likely to be collected as you work on clearing the toffees and clearing the jelly. There is jelly in the middle column in the bottom part of the board and this can be the hardest to clear, the colourbombs in that column will help with clearing the jelly, but they are hard to use as there is licorice between them. If you are lucky you may be able to clear some of the licorice between the colourbombs so you can switch them together.
You don't have a lot of moves to spare so you need to play carefully and look at the whole board before every move so you don't waste any. Stripe/wrap combos are useful, especially if you drop them through to the bottom part of the board to clear the toffees and jellies there.
