Level 5017 Candy Crush Saga is classified as a nightmarishly hard level so you are likely to lose some lives before you manage to pass it. This is an order level, you have to clear the two cakes and open the two licorice shells to complete the level. Clearing the cakes will also help to open the licorice shells when you clear them.
First clear the licorice out of the way so you are able to hit the cakes with stripes and combos and at the same time look for chances to make stripes that can be used to hit the licorice shells. Colourbombs can also be helpful if you can switch them with a stripe or another colourbomb.
Wrapped candies are not much use unless they are switched with a stripe as they won't touch either the cakes or the licorice shells. You will get more licorice dropping but making matches beside it will slow it down so don't worry too much about it.
The main thing to think about is to look for stripes, stripes and more stripes, with colourbombs if you can make them. Take your time, there is no time limit, and look carefully at the whole board so you don't miss any chances to make the stripes and combos you need to complete the level. There are not many moves so keep your eye on the number of moves you have left, it's easy to lose track of your moves and switch away until you run out without realising it.
