Hints and tips showing how to pass level 5291 Candy Crush Saga without boosters by Cookie

Level 5291 Candy Crush Saga is classified as a nightmarishly hard level so you may lose some lives before you manage to pass it. This is a dual task level, you have to collect the gummi dragons and clear the jelly to complete the level. The dragons are all on the board at the start of the game and just need to be collected by clearing the chocolates that are blocking the exits. The dragons drop out diagonally when the chocolates are cleared.
The jelly is all under the toffees and chocolate in the sides and bottom of the board so you'll need to clear the toffees to get to the jellies and clear them. Wrapped candies are always best for clearing toffees and chocolate so look for chances to make them whenever you can. Switch wraps with any other special candy for the best results. There is no particular strategy to completing level 5291, treat it as you would any jelly level by making combos to clear the toffees and chocolate and the dragons will be collected as you play.
Take your time, there is no time limit, and look carefully at the whole board before every move. Think before you move so you don't waste any of your valuable moves.
