Level 994 Candy Crush Saga is classified as a nightmarishly hard level so you are likely to lose some lives before you manage to pass it. This is a jelly level, you have to clear all the jelly to complete the level. The jelly is all under the licorice locks and the marmalade covered candies so these have to be cleared before you can get to the jelly to clear it.
Although not easy to begin with, you need to try to make special candies to clear the licorice locks, you can actually switch candies with the locked candies to unlock them, but this will use a lot of moves and you don't have enough moves for all this. It's important to look carefully at the board before every move, looking for chances to make stripes, wraps and colourbombs. Switch the special candies together whenever you get the chance as this will help to clear the marmalade as well as unlock the licorice locks.
Take your time, there is no time limit, and look carefully at the whole board so you don't miss any chances to make the special candies and combos needed to clear the jelly and complete the level.
