Hints and tips showing how to pass level 190 Candy Crush Saga without boosters by Cookie

I will post videos for every level and write tips where I think they are needed but otherwise please feel free to give your tips in the comments.
Level 190 Candy Crush Saga is classified as a hard level so you may lose some lives before you manage to pass it. This is a normal jelly level, you have to clear all the jelly to complete the level. Apart from the top two rows there is jelly over the whole board so everything has to be cleared to complete the level. There are three wrapped candies in the bottom section of the board and these will clear some of the blockers when they are detonated. Also there are dispensers along the top of the board which will drop wrapped candies as you play.
The cream blockers are quite thick as you get lower down the board and the best way to clear them is with wrapped candies or with combos including wrapped candies. Take your time and look carefully at the board before you make any moves and also before each move so you don't waste any moves.
You may find it best to work on one side of the board to begin with so that you will be able to drop special candies and combos down lower on the board to clear the opposite side. Wrapped candies will be best and if you can switch them with a stripe or another wrap you should be able to clear more of the blockers and jelly.
