Level 380 Candy Crush Saga is classified as a nightmarishly hard level so you are likely to lose some lives before you manage to pass it. This is a jelly level, you have to clear all the jelly to complete the level. There are some candies on the board to help you, stripes which can be used to detonate the wraps on the board and also two coconut wheels. There is jelly over the whole board so everything has to be cleared to complete the level.
To begin with clear some of the top cream blockers to give you more space to work so you have a better chance of making special candies and combos. Use the given stripes to detonate the wraps lower down as soon as you can, this will clear quite a lot of the blockers lower down on the board. Don't waste the coconut wheels, make sure there are at least three candies uncovered beside them when you switch them. The coconut wheels may be hit by combos but they should still move sideways and clear the blockers.
Once you have cleared the blockers in the middle of the board the chocolate spawner will begin producing chocolate so keep your eye on that, don't panic and rush your moves when the chocolate starts to spread, as long as it doesn't get too far it should be kept under control as long as you make combos to clear the jelly.
The bubblegum in the bottom half of the board will be helpful when it pops as it will help to clear the blockers and jelly, this will save your moves. The important thing through the whole game is to keep making special candies and combos as this is the only way you will be able to clear the board and complete the level.
Take your time, there is no time limit and the chocolate will only grow after you make a move, you can spend as much time as you need checking for the best move. Look carefully at the whole board before every move so you don't miss any chances to make the stripes, wraps and colourbombs you need to clear the jelly.
