Level 3982 Candy Crush Saga is an order level, you have to collect four gummi dragons to complete the level. The video below was made before the ingredients were changed to dragons but they will be collected in exactly the same way. Look around the board before you start making moves and you will see that the dragons drop out of the dispensers in the bottom right and left corners. The dragons then have to drop through the portals into the top corners and then down the board to the exits at the bottom.
As you can see you will need to clear the way for the dragons to drop through the portals. The best way to do this is to use colourbombs and colourbomb combos, but any special candy or combo will be helpful.
Take your time and look carefully at the board before every move so you don't miss any chances to make the special candies and combos you will need to collect the dragons and complete the level.
