Level 3994 Candy Crush Saga is an order level, you have to collect yellow candies to complete the level. There are no yellow candies on the board at the start of the level, they will be provided by the lucky candies when they are matched. There are just enough lucky candies on the board so each one will need to be changed and collected to complete the orders.
The lucky candies are all locked in licorice which needs to be cleared, however there is the cake bomb on the board which will unlock all the lucky candies when it is cleared. If you can manage to get two colourbombs together this will have the same effect as the cake and will help get things done more quickly. But concentrate on clearing the cake if you are not very good at making colourbomb combos.
Once the cake is cleared and the lucky candies are unlocked the next job is to change the lucky candies into yellow candies. The best way to do this is to use special candies and combos. Stripe/wrap combos and colourbomb combos are good for this. Use any special candy or combo you can make to change the lucky candies, but don't be in too much of a hurry to collect them. If you try to collect the yellows in hard to reach areas you may end up running out of moves before you collect them all.
By far the best way to collect the yellow candies once they are all on the board is to get a colourbomb beside a yellow candy and use it to collect them all. For this reason take your time and make your moves very carefully. If you have a colourbomb don't be in too much of a hurry to use it if there is a chance of using it to collect the yellow candies.
