Level 3999 Candy Crush Saga is classified as a super hard level so you may lose some lives before you manage to pass it. This is an order level, you have to collect countdown bombs and cream blockers to complete the level. The bombs are not on the board at the start of the level, you will need to clear the blockers below the bomb dispensers to allow them to drop out onto the board.
Don't worry about releasing the countdown bombs too early, they have a 10 move countdown and since you only have 10 moves there is no way they can kill your game by counting down to zero. Remember the bombs will only count down when you make a move so there is no need to rush your moves.
Forget about the bombs and concentrate instead on clearing the cream blockers. Use any special candies and combos you can make to get the blockers out of the way and get the bombs dropping. Once you get the bombs dropping they will be collected by your combos as you continue to clear the blockers. Colourbombs are the best way to clear the orders, especially if you switch them with a stripe which you will get from the dispensers at the top of the board.
