Level 4416 Candy Crush Saga is classified as a hard level so you may lose some lives before you manage to pass it, this is a normal jelly level, you have to clear all the jelly to complete the level. Although there are very few moves available, there are things on the board to help you to clear it. There are stripe dispensers along the top of the board and also two fishing floats on the left which will give jelly fish once you are able to hit them with combos.
The first job is to clear the licorice and work your way down the board. Wrapped candies and stripe/wrap combos are best for unlocking the licorice locks and clearing the licorice. Look for chances to make wrapped candies with every move, but also don't ignore chances to make colourbombs as these can be switched with a stripe or a wrap for even better results.
As you get down into the bottom part of the board you should be able to use your combos to hit the fishing floats and get the jelly fish to help with clearing the rest of the jelly. The jelly fish will always target squares with jelly in them even if there is licorice or chocolate covering it so they will help with clearing the licorice and chocolate as well as the jelly.
