Level 4454 Candy Crush saga is classified as a nightmarishly hard level so you are likely to lose some lives before you manage to pass it. This is a normal jelly level, you have to clear all the jelly to complete the level and there is jelly over the whole board so everything has to be cleared to complete the level.
There are stripes and stripe dispensers to help you to clear the blockers and jelly and also three cake bombs which will help by clearing a whole layer from the board when they are cleared.
The main thing to think about when playing level 4454 is to look for chances to make combos to clear the cake sections. The blockers and jelly will be cleared as you work on clearing the cakes. Stripe/wrap combos are good combos for this, as are colourbomb combos. Look for chances to make special candies with every move, you don't have many moves to spare so you need to make every move count. Try to make a special candy or combo with every move and look to clearing the cakes as soon as you can.
The cakes will often sweep away your special candies and combos, but this is something you have to live with since the cakes will clear more blockers and jelly than most combos you can make.
As with all jelly levels take your time, there is no time limit, and look carefully at the whole board before every move so you don't miss any chances to make the special candies or combos you will need to clear the board and complete the level.
