Level 4460 Candy Crush Saga is classified as a super hard level so you may lose a few lives before you manage to pass it. This is a dual task level, you have to clear the cream blockers and the jelly to complete the level. Since there is jelly over the whole board you will have to clear the blockers to get to the jelly underneath. For this reason you can treat this as a normal jelly level as you have to clear the blockers anyway to get to the jelly.
To begin with you can only make moves in the bottom right section of the board and you are not able to use combos to clear the bottom left section because the licorice will block the combos. You need to first use stripes and stripe combos to clear the top right section of the board so that you can then make moves there to begin to clear the left side of the board.
Use the stripes that drop from the dispensers to break through into the left side. Switch the stripes with wraps and colourbombs to clear more of the blockers and jelly. If you use plenty of combos you should make sure that the jelly in the bottom right section of the board is cleared. Colourbomb combos will help clear the blockers and jelly in all sections of the board. Once you can make moves in the left side of the board it should be easier to make the special candies and combos that will clear the jelly.
As with all jelly levels you should take your time and check the whole board before every move so you don't miss any chances to make the special candies and combos you need to complete the level. You will need a bit of luck as well as careful playing to clear the blockers and jelly and complete the level.
