Level 4517 Candy Crush Saga is classified as a nightmarishly hard level so you are likely to lose some lives before you manage to pass it. This is an order level, you have to collect the gummi dragons to complete the level. The video below was made before the cherries were changed to dragons but they will be collected in exactly the same way and the strategy is the same.
The dragons drop onto the board one at a time so the faster you collect them the better chance you will have of clearing the level. The dragons drop onto the board from the dispenser at the top left corner of the board so you need to clear the left side of the board to allow the dragons to drop.
To begin with you don't have many choices of moves so make the best moves you can to clear the licorice and get the bubblegum popping. The bubblegum will make a start on clearing the chocolate and make space in the left side of the board so you can make moves there. Once you can start to make moves in the left side of the board work there as much as you can. Avoid making moves in the right side of the board, but keep an eye on that side in case you get a chance to make a special candy that can be used to clear more chocolate.
Keep working in the left side of the board, clearing the chocolate as fast as you can and get the dragons down the board. Remember the task is only to collect the dragons, not clear the board. As each dragon gets down the board look for any chances to collect it, if you leave the dragons on the board too long no more will drop and you won't complete the level.
Look carefully at the whole board before every move so you don't miss any chances to make the combos you need to collect the dragons. Take your time, there is no time limit and the chocolate will not spread while you are thinking about your next move.
