Level 5528 Candy Crush Saga is a dual task level, you have to clear all the jelly and clear 4 of the cakes to complete the level. Although you don't need to clear all the cakes to complete the level, there is jelly under all the cakes so they all need to be cleared to get to the jelly and complete the level.
The secret to passing level 5528 are the stripes from the stripe dispensers near the top of the board. Use the stripes to clear the crystals and the cake sections. The stripes don't always drop exactly where you need them but they will travel along the conveyors and get into position to hit cake sections.
You will need to destroy the spawners at the bottom of the board as they can make your moves harder if they begin to spawn licorice. Luckily, the cakes will hit the spawners when they are cleared so they will help you and save moves. Keep using the stripes on the cakes, let them move into position on the conveyors if needed and if you can get a wrap or a colourbomb beside the stripes this will be another good way to clear the cakes and jelly.
Clearing the cakes should be your main priority as the cakes will almost clear the board for you. Take your time and check the whole board before every move. There is no time limit and the conveyor will only move after you make a move, nothing will happen while you are deciding on your next move.
