Level 10427 Candy Crush Saga is not classified as hard, but it has been found to be pretty hard by many players. This is an order level, you have to collect the gummi dragons to complete the level. The video below was made before the cherries were changed to dragons, but the strategy is the same and the dragons will be collected in exactly the same way.
The dragons are held back by both the licorice and the rainbow twists, but there is no need to clear all the licorice to get the dragons to drop. First use stripes to clear some of the licorice squares, then fire stripes through the gaps in the licorice to hit the rainbow twists. Try to hit the same twist as many times as you can which will clear them all in one go.
Once the rainbow twists are cleared some of the dragons will drop out of the exits and the rest will continue to move along the conveyor. As soon as the dragons move over a gap in the licorice they will drop out of the exits. Try to remove as much of the licorice as you can while you are waiting for the dragons to drop out.
