Level 3960 Candy Crush Saga is a normal jelly level, you have to clear all the jelly to complete the level. The jelly is under the cream blockers and licorice locks so these need to be cleared to get to the jelly underneath. The red candies are tricky as you don't get any more reds dropping onto the board so they have to be cleared using special candies and combos.
Although not classified as a hard level it can be tricky to clear some of the jellies because it is impossible to switch the candies in some places, you will have to use special candies and combos. These tricky parts are the red candies and also some jellies down the sides and in the middle section.
The first job is to break into the blockers in the middle of the board using vertical stripes. Once you have candies in the middle you can begin to make matches there to clear the rest of the blockers. Before you make matches in the middle remember to check the rest of the board for chances to make stripes and wraps and colourbombs. You will need the special candies to unlock the red candies and clear the red candies and the jelly under them.
As with all jelly levels you need to take your time and check the whole board carefully before every move. There is no time limit and nothing will happen while you are thinking about your next move. Make every move count by trying to make a special candy, or setting up the candies to make one, or switching two together to make a combo. Try to work as close to the bottom of the board as you can to create cascades which will clear jellies without wasting too many moves.
