Level 450 Candy Crush Saga is classified as a hard level so you can expect to lose a few lives before you manage to pass it. This is an order level, you have to collect bubblegum, cream blockers and licorice to complete the level. The bubblegum and blockers are all on the board at the start of the board but there are not enough licorice squares so you will need to get some more to drop.
There are striped candy dispensers at the top of the board which will give you very useful candies. Vertical stripes are no use to you to begin with since you need sideways stripes to begin clearing the blockers and licoerice. So don't waste moves making vertical stripes, better to make a wrapped candy or a colourbomb.
Keep clearing the blockers and try to make stripes and stripe combos to get the bubblegum popping as well.
Don't worry too much about not having enough licorice, more will drop as you work on clearing the other orders. There is no real strategy to level 450 apart from making as many special candies and combos as you can to get the blockers cleared and the bubblegum popping. Look carefully at the board before every move as you can't afford to waste any moves. Try to make a special candy or a combo with every move for the best chance of clearing the orders.
