The coconut wheels will give you quite a few of the stripes you need once you release them from the cream blockers and marmalade, but how many you get from them will depend on whether you use them alone or switched with a stripe. Sometimes they get detonated by cascades and I find that they almost always go in the wrong direction and get wasted.
The easiest way to get a lot of stripes is by switching a colour bomb with a stripe if you can manage it.
First you will have to clear the blockers to give you space to work, but you shouldn't find level 1415 too much of a problem if you concentrate.
