You only have 18 moves to clear the jelly and although there aren't many jellies to clear they are covered in multi hit blockers and inside candy cane fences so not so easy to clear.
To get past the candy cane fences you need to use special candies and combos. Wrapped candies are the best for getting past the candy canes so a colourbomb/wrap is possibly the best combo to use, although the wraps do tend to drop away from the top sections so are not reliable to clear them.
Working close to the bottom of the board is best as you will create mini cascades which will help clear some of the blockers.
Most of the candy canes are open at the ends so you will be able to make matches next to the blockers, but the middle square is completely surrounded by canes so the only way to clear that square is by using special candies and combos.
It can be a bit confusing when there are three or four candies in a row and they stay there because there is a candy cane between them, but you will soon get used to this.
