You have to collect 42 yellow candies to complete level 3451 Candy Crush Saga.
The yellow candies will be provided by the lucky candies in the bottom part of the board but you can't hit them with combos because of the licorice blocking the way.
You can make combos pretty easily so you can use them to hit the floats and let the fish change the lucky candies into yellows, but the only way to complete the level is by using colourbombs. Double colourbomb combos are goo but also using colourbombs on a single colour will work and is easier to do. When you have a colourbomb look very carefully at the board and remove a colour that will make another colourbomb without using another move, this can usually be done as there are only three colours on the board.
Don't make the mistake of switching the lucky candies or yellows unless it is to get the last few yellows, you don't have enough moves to do this.

The lucky candies are arranged in threes, so as soon as they are yellow they will be collected, job done.
